Portions: Serves two to three (2 ~ 3) persons

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Pour in 5 bowls of water (750ml) and bring to a boil.
  2. Empty the packet of herbs, herb pack, 1 kg of meat into pot. [ Proportion of meat and water can be adjusted according to own preference.]
  3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired, and simmer for an hour.
  4. Soup is ready to be serve.
