Shipping and Fulfillment

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 24-48 hours.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.

 

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

  1. Go to shipping courier provider
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. Press "Track now" to process

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

Please contact us at +603 3168 2304 or kangkhow_sb@yahoo.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

 

HOME DELIVERY

We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company or driver(s) appointed by Syarikat Kang Khow Sdn Bhd.
We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  1. On delivery of the product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.
  2. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  3. Delivery charges will be calculated on the weight of the order received as below:

        International Shipping

    International Shipping will be calculated during the checkout Shipping fee will be vary depends on your shipping country
       
  4. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a message giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  5. If you request for redelivery, we are entitled to charge for providing the service.
  6. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Syarikat Kang Khow Sdn Bhd immediately of any change to their delivery address.
  7. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

GOODS COLLECTION (AT STORE)

  1. Ordered products will be delivered within 1 working days from the day of confirmation of order is issued. A SMS Collect Notice will be sent to you via email and local SMS gateway to confirm the date of collection.
  2. The point of collections is only applicable to store listed in selected stores. You can collect your order at the following address mention in "Contact us".
  3. If you are not personally available to collect at store, an authorized representative may collect on your behalf provided you had called customer service to update the representative information and the representative must be over 18 years of age. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity (SMS / EMAIL) on collection of products and you or your representative shall acknowledge receipt of the delivery.
  4. Order will be cancelled if you do not collect the product within 14 days from the day of the SMS Collect Notice being sent. Refund will be granted in such event at the discretion of Syarikat Kang Khow, and subject to deduction of administration costs.
  5. We will not entertain any request for change of store for collection after order confirmation is issued.
  6. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the products to you if we have any doubts whatsoever as to your credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
  7. No delivery charges apply for orders collected in selected store. However, we reserve the right to charge RM10 administration charges / delivery charges for any other special redeliver arrangement or return request.
